What it does
Attendance from fingerprints and GPS
Field staff check in by GPS against each branch's geofence, even offline; office staff by fingerprint.
eTIMS invoices and M-Pesa
Invoices to companies through KRA eTIMS, paid by M-Pesa paybill or STK push, with withholding tax on fees tracked. Salaries go out by M-Pesa once the company has paid.
Maker-checker on every payout
Payroll, payouts and credit notes need a second person to approve them, and every step is in the audit trail.
